Town Hall
“The Town hall occupies a commanding position on a slope which rises gently from the shore of the bay to a distance far in the rear of the edifice. It is of exceptionally neat and handsome design and a rather elaborate finish, being profusely ornamented with iron scroll work and kindred embellishments. I has been recently removed and repaired until its cost amounts to about $20,000; it is provided with a commodious and well appointed public hall, with a seating capacity of 800.
